1. Introduction

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By purchasing a subscription, digital product, or service from launchforce.ae, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Products and Templates

Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate, digital, and non-returnable nature of our products (including but not limited to n8n workflows, AI agent templates, API integration scripts, and downloadable content), all sales of digital products are final.

Once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted to a digital resource, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or return.

Exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement for a digital product only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Defect: The file is corrupt, damaged, or does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (7 business days).
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. Custom Automation & Consulting Services

For clients engaging us for custom AI implementation or “Done-For-You” (DFY) services:

  • Deposits: Any upfront deposits or setup fees paid to commence a project are non-refundable. These fees cover the initial resource allocation and research time.
  • Milestone Payments: Refunds are not issued for completed milestones or work that has already been delivered and approved.
  • Project Termination: If you wish to terminate a custom project mid-contract, you will be billed for all work hours completed up to the notice of termination.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions listed in Section 2, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@launchforce.ae with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID].”
  2. Provide Details: Include your purchase email address, order number, and a detailed explanation (including screenshots if applicable) of the issue.
  3. Review Period: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  4. Approval/Denial: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before contacting your bank.

  • Fraudulent Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a valid purchase (a “friendly fraud”), we reserve the right to:
    • Revoke access to all purchased digital products and licenses.
    • Ban your IP address and payment details from future use of our services.
    • Submit evidence of your access/download logs to the payment processor to contest the dispute.

7. Changes to This Policy

LaunchForce reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
